Target (segment)

Description

In the segmentation process, we discovered and explored segments that, we found, are relevant for our product. The Target segment process evaluate the data we gathered, on each segment, in order to decide which segment or segments represent the best opportunity for our product.

How To?

Evaluate how important is each value to each segment following its specification. Analyze how good are we at each value for each segment (see SVM below). Analyze the segment financial specification, value fit, and market analysis and choose which segment to target
